IEEE Student Membership - Claim hoodie
23:00 – 23:30
Dear Students, The IEEE Student Branches of Curtin University, Murdoch, and UWA invite you to become an IEEE Student Member and take advantage of a limited-time incentive offered by the IEEE WA Section. IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is the world’s largest professional engineering organisation, with over 533,000 members globally across fields including electrical engineering, computer science, data science, robotics, communications, and power systems. IEEE WA Section is currently looking to increase student membership and is incentivising new student members by offering an IEEE hoodie to students who sign up. Each student member is eligible to claim one hoodie, while stocks last (5 small, 5 medium, 10 large). Other benefits include networking with engineers worldwide, attending industry events and workshops, accessing mentoring and career resources, joining technical communities aligned with your interests, and strengthening your CV through membership in a globally recognised professional organisation. Steps to become a student member and claim your hoodie: 1. Visit the IEEE website: https://www.ieee.org/membership/join#chapter=id-7311-Students 2. Click on "join as a student" 3. Create an IEEE account and fill in your details 4. Pay the annual membership fee (27 USD) 5. Once you receive membership confirmation, complete this form with your IEEE membership number Ensure that you have a valid membership number when completing this form. All invalid member numbers will have their 'ticket' cancelled. We will soon be in contact regarding the hoodie collection.
